Gergő Filep makes wines with his father on their tiny 2 hectare estate in Tállya, Tokaj. This super-limited Hárslevelű expresses the incredible mineral terroir of Tállya - white rhyolite, black tuff, andesite, quartz - with its spicy, savory flavors. An extremely expressive wine, with dried apricot, quince, salt and lemon-pepper on the nose and palate.

Spontaneous fermentation in large Hungarian oak, and aging in large Hungarian oak barrels for 6 months. Unfined and rough filtration only. Practicing organic.
