MOGYORÓS SAUVIGNON BLANC

2017

Organically cultivated on the Mogyorós vineyard on Szent György-hegy, an extinct volcano, north of Lake Balaton in Western Hungary. The Sauvignon Blanc was spontaneously fermented with native yeasts, and aged on fine lees in 500 L Hungarian oak for 9 months. Rich tropical fruit flavors, clementine and white pepper, with a bracing acidity. Rough filtration, organic farming.
