A distinctive and dry Tokaji blend from Tarcal, Tokaj. The soil is yellow clay with ample volcanic sediment and limestone. This traditional dry Szamorodni is made from botrytized bunches of grapes that are crushed and then fermented for a lengthy period, allowing a flor to develop within the barrel to protect the wine during its extensive fermentation process. The resulting wine is dry and oxidative, with a bouquet of green nuts, almonds, tea leaves, hints of yeast with abundant botrytis. 80% Furmint, 20% Hárslevelű.
