VÁRADI FURMINT

2017

The Váradi Furmint was organically cultivated from the Váradi vineyard on Szent György-hegy, an extinct volcano, north of Lake Balaton in Western Hungary. The Furmint was spontaneously fermented with native yeasts, and then aged on fine lees for 9 months. Mineral and flavorful, with apricot, peach, apple and salt. Rough filtration only, organic farming.
